Well folks,
Last Sunday I went to the giants vs jets preseason game. We had some visitors from Hungary, and they wanted to see an American football game.
My brother popped for the tickets, and asked me to handle the food for the tailgate party.
Here's what I cooked. All from scratch, and all cooked on TWO 17" portable charcoal grills..
Cajun Clams (steamed little neck clams)
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
Pork Tenderloin
BBQ Ribs,
potato salad
Brought a case of wine and half a case of beer.
Was this WAY too much for 6 people? You betcha!
