My wife and i just finished the 3rd step of our first WE kit (Liebfraumilch) last night. My question is this. During stabilizing and clearing,do we need to keep the temp up as we did during fermentation? It was kept at 70 during that time. Now that we are clearing I would assume it doesnt make a difference but I wanted to check with the pros first. It gets alittle costly heating the basement during the winter in Wisconsin, but Im sure its going to be worth it!!!!!

You do not need the constant 70 deg for the clearing and bulk aging process. Turn back the heat and save yourself a few bucks!
