So i took everyones advice on my muscadine apple wine i have been making. It is finally ready to drink after 4 months. And all i can say is WOW. I think this is the best brew i have ever made. Im a half a bottle in at the moment and at 15% all i can taste is muscadines and apples. Thanks to all the experienced wine makers here. O.K. gotta go get a refill but seriously thanks for the help.
