Thank all of you for your help.

Last night I added the metabisulphite, Which I didn`t, when I added the sobate the first time, as I was supposed to.and 1 tsp. sorbate. The wine was a pretty bluish color. It was starting to get a brown tint. I had to try to stop it? This morning it had quit working. I will still let it age a while in the carboy? Badhabit

Even though I was not one to help you on this Badhibit. Never fail, this forum is here! I have asked a lot of questions,and have gotten a lot of help. My wine making has become much easier with the friends on this forum. There are a Great Bunch of people here!
