JohnT you need to know I took some Welches to dinner last night, they loved it (she is a sweet wine type).
But seriously, I want to thank you personally for all the guidance you have given me directly and the guidance you've given others that I have learned from this year. Adding that little bit of tartaric acid to my Pinot Grigio batch this Spring really made that wine something special, so special that I only have three 1.5L bottles + four 750 ml's left in stock!
I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas and an even better New Year! I'll smile and think of you every time I pour a glass of Sauv Blanc champagne from my 3 gallon cornelius keg! Champagne on tap, what a concept...
