But seriously, I want to thank you personally for all the guidance you have given me directly and the guidance you've given others that I have learned from this year. Adding that little bit of tartaric acid to my Pinot Grigio batch this Spring really made that wine something special, so special that I only have three 1.5L bottles + four 750 ml's left in stock!
