LIEU, thanks for sharing. Glad to see those carboys setting over the supports on your shelf. Won't be long before you'll need a full size table and more carboys.

Nice, neat set up. That table top looks very substantial. You could always add four 2x4 legs if you are concerned about the weight. At the rate you are going, I could easily see five or six carboys on the table!

Looking good!

Like others have said, watch the weight. A full 6 gallon carboy is ~60-65 lbs.

Whats bulk aging on the floor?

They look empty to me

Hey Everyone,
Tepe is actually right. Those are empty. One is a 5 gal. and the other is a 3 gal. I bought those this past fall when I was trying to make concord wine from grapes. I dont think they make 3 or 5 gal kits so Ill wait till this fall to get more grapes.
You all have a good point about the weight. I will get something else under there for support.

They do make 3 gallon kits, Port and Ice wines only though or they have the Vintners Harvest wine bases that make 3 gallons. I dont recommend the 5 gallon recipe on the can as it makes the wine to thin.
