had my high school actor bud over last night. we "grilled and chilled and sipped" until about 3am. really feeling it this morning. i guess that is the price to pay for having such an obsession.
cooked a great meal... strawberry / avacado salad, bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, baked "fried" potatoes, and a lemon chello cake for dessert.
making my sunday sauce today and managed to get all of my deck garden planted. this is the beautiful weather i dreamed about during that horrible winter!
i am now sitting on my deck, admiring the "accomplishment high" i get from looking at all of my planters. I also got the bruce sprinsteen channel basting....
hung over? why yes, and i would not trade it for gold!
