I was poking around on CL just last night and found an ad for brewing supplies similar to that. Like that one they wanted $80 FIRM and you got one 5G carboy, one primary, one lid, racking cane and some tubing and some old dried out corks. Oh and it has all been stored in an old shed for years so its also covered in crap dust and full of spiders and dead crickets more than likely.

No deals around here except for the infamous Wineracks.com deal I got! :sm

Around here, used 5 gal carboy in glass is $30. 6 gal is $40, 7.5 is $50. No lie! Just can't find those Yankee deals often down here in the South. Not enough winemakers and brewers. I found some '70s carboys for $25 each, snapped them up and thought I'd died and gone to heaven.

I would get my wife to pick it up(as if it's still around anyways) but she is probably already fuming over all the things I picked up on Craig's this year...:wy
A crusher, Portuguese corker, carboys.
Used carboys go for $10 up where I live. New for $25 or $30.

The market is saturated with all you hippies on the island making your own booze! :p

A quick ferry ride across the straight and your looking at double that price.
