So many wine reviews indicate flavors of blackberry and plum in the wine being reported on. I often have trouble tasting the same flavors when I get the bottle home.
Monsta3488 hit on the right solution to this dilemma; if you like blackberry and plum flavors in wine, just make a blackberry and plum wine.
If you have trouble getting it to clear, you might hit it with superclear. I have done wild plum and it refuses to clear on its own. Tried other clearing agents and superclear was all that would get it to come out clear. Arne.
