My usual fermentations take around five days at a minimum. I purchased a CA Merlot juice bucket; added some Petit Verdot previously pressed grapes, RC212 yeast rehydrated with GoFerm, and half the recommended amount of nutrient. My SG went from 1.100 on Saturday to 1.010 on Tuesday at 76 degree temp.
