I saw this ad too late on craigs list;

All supplies needed to get started. 4 different sized carboys, free standing corker, hydrometer, bottling equipment, bottles all for $100.00

The floor corker was an Italian one and the carboys were 5-6 gallons. He had a picture posted and was only ten miles from me but some one else beat me to it :(

You guys are usualy lucky to have all them winemakers in that area but sometimes it doesnt pay off! Tongue sticking out here! Just kidding, that would have been one heck of a deal!

sounds like my 2 Italian friends
Coulda
Shoulda
Wooda

I'm can't wait for the next thread from the newest PA Newbie talking about the great score!!!::

I thought Tom's three (girl) friends were Patience, Patience, and Patience.

Sorry I was wrong:
"One 6-gallon glass carboy. $45, firm. Cash only. "

I paid $28 from Amazon. I just offered them $20 :) It will be interesting if I get a reply.

Also found a 5 gal Better Bottle for $20. No deals around here!

Nope, I gave up on craigs lits aroundf here years ago. waste of my time and energy.

Look on the bright side, Dan - probably some new winemaker was able to finally afford getting started in this hobby and will soon become a member of the ever expanding PA lunch club!

Yeah dam it if I ever get my hands on him...LOL I really didn't need more carboys but would have liked the Italian floor corker. Oh Well the good news is they hopefully they won't just be sitting around unused.

I went into my supply shop today to get a Cranberry Melbec and there was a guy in there holding the Craigs list ad for this equipment. The owner of the shop said he got a call from the guy that bought the stuff wanting to know if he got a good deal or not. AGGGGGGGG
