Today my friends, Cathy and me pitched gallons 95-100! We treated ourselves to a WE Eclipse Zin with grape pack and are pretty happy with our wine making so far. Sincere appreciation to all here who have helped, encouraged, asked and mentored over the past 9 months. This place rocks!

Yet another Addict!

It is amazing just how winemaking takes over. You start by making 5 gallons, then the next thing you know you are cutting a hole in your floor to fit the new tanks!

Seriously, congrats. Any chance at a photo of your operation?
