Unknown basket press

I recently was given a large basket ratchet press but cannot find manufacturers name on it to purchase parts for it

I would start at a local machine shop.
The chances are good it only needs a cleaning followed by coating with a food grade oil (I like peanut) , ,,,, I used to have the plant shop help out when I needed a mechanism reworked.
