Using ph strips an option?

Hi everyone, i was wondering if its possible to measure ph in wine by ysing the inexpensive so2 ph test strips and if so, how accurate are they? Thanks and merry christmas.

They will get you in the ballpark, but if you are going to be making wine from anything other than kits then buying a pH meter should your number one priority. Also pH test strips show different colors under different light sources. I used them when I first started making wine and the only time I used them was when I could go outside and use sun light to check the color.
