I felt it necessary to let everyone know just how impressed I am with Frank Musto, Owner of M&M wine Grape Co.
The group buy that I had set up for our Wine club got a bit convoluted and was less than a perfect experience.
As a business owner, before I made any real negative comments, I wanted to speak with the man in charge.
I cannot express how impressed I am with the way Mr. Musto addressed our issues and took ownership of the situation, making a stressful experience more than pleasant.
My hat is off to Frank Musto and M&M Wine grape Co. You don't find people, or companies like this often.
I will continue to be a loyal customer!
