We just had a BIG tree come down between me and my neighbors house ten minutes ago which just missed our house but did a little damage to my neighbors house. This thing if hit direct would have demolished either one of our houses. I hd just let the dog out when I heard this god awful crack that sounded like thunder after a lightning strike 2 feet away. I almost had to clean out my underwear on that 1.

I thought it was the tree that is a little shady looking that is on my property which would not have been good but it is neither of ours.

You and the dog sureare lucky. If it's not either of your tree who gets the fun clean up job? Only after many days when the insurance adjuster gets there.

Look on the bright side....Now you'll have more sunshine to grow fruit.....As well as some campfire wood....

I will help him clean up the mess as I have a small job that I need to do with my Husquavarna anyway. The tree was surely rotted real bad and since its hidden in the back of is woods I never noticed that it was so bad or I would have told him to split the cost to get that tree down cause that thing could have done some really bad damage. Funny thing is there isnt even a breeze over here. I have a much smaller tree that has to come down as its looking pretty bad and the woodpeckers have really been working at it lately and have exposed the interior now that shows me that the whole tree is bad and its pretty close to my kids swings so I say TIMBER!!!!!!!!!!!

And all of this before the hurricane that is headed your way!! HUNKER DOWN PLEASE!!!!
