Other Vino Barolo mod

I've liked this dry red as a table wine. But, I signed up for super saver on amazon & have been getting it once a month so I'm getting stocked up.

Thinking about adding a bag of blackberries & / or maybe some cherries to the fermentation on the next kit that will be here Saturday. Anyone ever do anything like this?

Have you tweaked this one at all yet? Try using BM4X4 or BM45 yeast and add some raisins and banana to the ferment. Then give it some French oak.
