Anyone make this kit? I tried different searches without results. If I understand correctly this would be a good one to filter and age for a year?

I made this wine a few years ago, when it was a 7 L. kit... this looks like the new 10 L. kit....It made a very nice wine, but it did not make it a year before it was gone...

...So many wines, so little time and not enough money to try them all..

I've not made the VR Riesling, but I have made the Piesporter and it is excellent. No need to age for a year, but it is enjoyable shortly after bottling but definitely better after 3 months. I had no need to filter. Just clarifiers and gravity and it was brilliantly clear.

I just finished this one a couple weeks ago.It seemed to ferment forever but the end results were good.

I haven't made the Reisling, but just bottled the Gewertz. It's fantastic. Clear as a bell w/o a filter. Just like FineWino said, time and gravity. I started this kit in August, just to busy to bottle until now.
