How early a drinker is this particular kit. I am starting it today and was hoping it might be ready by Christmas.

Also, is it any good??:)
 
It's should be drinkable 30 to 45 days after bottling. Keep it in a cool place. Good luck...

I made this wine at the beginning of Febuary this year. I gave it a month for bottle shock before I started drinking it. That would be about two months after starting it.
Its acutually a pretty good wine. It has the the typical german slightly sweet (off dry) with minerality on the finish.
 
Smells really good fermenting. If it drinks half as good as it smells then I think I'll be happy.
 
I just ordered this one to make in a couple weeks. Are you making it per instructions?
