I agree completely that a current SG would tell a lot. I know it started at about 1.085. I had a total of 13 1-gallon batches and this is the outlier. I pretty much ignored it because of my other batches and then skeeter pee and dragon blood. Most of my interaction with it has been VERY colorful language which, if I repeated here, would be 99% asterisks so I won't bother.

For those who never read it, "Waiting For Godot" is a 20th century play by Samuel Beckett. There are 2 characters, Godot never shows up.

SG at 1.04 this morning.
Still bubbling. (Of course.)
Smells like wine, tastes like wine! I liked it. Still a bit of sweetness, no surprise there.
The blueberry flavor wasn't as strong as I hoped. I know back sweetening should affect that, so we'll see. The recipe called for 4#'s blueberries but next time I will probably kick that up 50% to 6#'s. One of the reasons for 1 gallon batches is to experiment, right?

My second ever batch of wine (mango) is in secondary probably for at least another 2 weeks. I only used 2 pounds of my frozen mango. But it already tastes delicious.
i thought I used way too little fruit. Maybe not.

but at least it’s not bubbling like somebody dropped alka seltzer in it 😜
