A beautiful Spring morning set the tone for the day. Yes NW, the Red Buds are beginning to bloom here now
With my Daughter, Son and Mother in Law coming for lunch I decided on a meal of steamed vegetables
Some nice Rib Eye steaks
Branded the steaks with the cats meow logoas an added flair
Made a nice salad and baked some potatoes to top off the meal.
The wine I chose for this meal was my last bottle of 2005 Australian Shiraz
Folks if you don't think aging your wines will make any difference you had best rethink it. It has consistently been a good wine and has been a year now snice we had the last bottle and that year has made a tremendous difference in the character and depth of this wine. It was absolutely awesome.
