Just opened this after bottling at 7 months and it’s now been 9 months. I did EM on this kit which I think helped it be better at this age.
Looking to see more body in the years ahead.

Anyone have reviews on this kit that

Ours is about 1.5 years. Opened a bottle the other day. It's ok at this point, nothing special.

That was my reaction to. I just checked and noticed I only bottled 3 gallons. I’m going to drop some oak in it for 3 months before that bottling.

Unfortunately some reds don't get better with age some reds are better drink Young and that's the end of it so enjoy what you got if it's good now , it's not going to get better later.
