Welches concentrate questions.

I am fairly new at wine making. I have made a couple of kits, Chilean Merlot and a California Zinfandel / Shraz. Both are bottled and being aged. My question is I have been playing around with some concentrates. Mostly welches. How long does this wine need to be bulk and bottle aged? Any help would be greatly appreciated. By the way this a great forum I love it.

Welches is pretty forgiving, I have drank some right after bottling, but it gets better. I've got some 6 mo old white that is getting smooooooooth.

Awesome! I have several batches going of welches right now. Pear, peach, blueberry pomegranate , raspberry and modified black cherry. The black cherry I used white grape and 64 oz of pure black cherry juice.

I did not care for the cherry pom. Mine was overwhelming with cherry. I gave the case I made to a friend. They love it.
