I read about this substance which are a powder extract that is produced from bentonite and vegetable protein

but I can't find any additional information about it. anyone know what this is
 
Zero entries on Google or Duck Duck Go, therefore I have come to the conclusion there is likely no such word. I have found one article on using plant based proteins as a flocculant with bentonite.

But it looks to be a study on juice vs wine.

But this involves using the bentonite to capture proteins and drop them out of suspension.

FWIW - Quite a few of us have quit using flocculants at all, with the thought (backed by some testing) that flavor is improved by not using them.
