When should I bottle these?

Thanks to all the responses from you guys in my previous thread, I managed to keep going. Super grateful!

Now I would like to ask when should I bottle these babies? They're sitting on a tall rack in my kitchen where temp is a constant around 18-20 C (around 64-68 F)

The white can be bottled in as long as it’s clear, probably 4 months, minimum.

The reds will benefit by waiting at least 6-9 months to bottle. That one red has way too much head space to avoid oxidation. Also reds will not age well in direct sunlight.
