Other Which Old Vine Zin kit?

Bob, I have made both the Cellar Craft Showcase and the RJS Winery Series OVZ and I prefer the Cellar Craft. It seems to have a fuller body but both were very good.

I have never done a Cellar Craft Old Vine Red Zinfandel but I have done the Winery Series and when available the Hightail Old Vine Red Zinfandel. Hands down the Hightail is the kit I would pick. The problem is the Hightail series changes every year and you do not always have the Old Vine Zinfandel to pick from.

Sorry Bob - I really have no experience with kits - but I am sure there are folks on here that can give you opinions on each...

I have made both and prefer the Cellar Craft but both are good kits.
