I am about to print my first labels, after playing with few designs, but I see that you all use different sizes, I know there is no right or wrong answer to this but I would like to know what is the most common size people in this forum use, so I can stick with a more "normal" size?

Fabiola, for large labels I use Avery 8164 labels. They are 3 1/3" by 4", 6-up on a sheet and give a bood balance between size and cost. There is also free Avery software available on the web to design and print the labels. Check out www.Avery.com/software.

I have found that using slightly larger labels each time (~1/8 to 1/4" larger) means I don't have to worry about completely removing my old label perfectly for each new batch. I have the luxury of printing on adhesive paper that comes in 36" wide rolls however, so I can size them however I like.

It's kinda like cheatin', but there's no downside I can see, and no one gets hurt!
