This is my first port kit and I noticed in the instructions it stated to have the secondary fermentation temperature at 59-66 I live in Florida and have the room at 76 is this ok? Thanks for any help!!!!!

That will be fine especially with a port. Ideally secondary runs slower than primary, but what you have is fine and will ensure complete fermentation.

Any updates on the WCP? I started mine about the same time as yours and just wanted to compare notes. Unfortunately my fermentation got stuck on this kit. Just recently degassed and fortified with vodka. Cleared nicely and am bulk aging for a while.

I plan on bottling this Friday. The SG dropped big time for me, I think it was down to around 0.996 or 0.998. Can't remember at work and don't have my logbook. I degassed about a month ago as per the instructions and I let it sit in the carboy for a month. I'll taste a little on Friday and let you know. I also have the Orange Choc. Port going as well. I am new to this, but I am already officially addicted and have 8 total batches brewing currently and have 9 kits waiting to be made!!!
