White growth on top of the wine

Hello everyone, can someone please identify the following growth on top of my wine?
I consider this a failed attempt, I just want to inform myself on what exactly I managed to culture in my jug.

Rack to a smaller vessel and fill up to the neck to limit the surface area in contact with air. Like this:

I wouldn’t despair just yet. If it still tastes ok, rack it as I’ve suggested with an appropriate sulfite dose and taste again in a few months.
