Why hasn't anyone done this?

Today I rinsed out, removed capsules and separated 25 cases of bottles. As I was rinsing the first case out I was thinking I wished there was a way to add cleaner at the same time. Thats when I remembered a thing I bought five years ago for adding fertilizer to your garden hose when watering. It was still brand new in the box. I replaced the rubber hose with a vinyl one. Added oxy-clean to a bucket and hooked it up to my double bottle washer.

Results: The oxy clean solution went down very little in the bucket. I didn't mark it when starting so I have no way of knowing for sure how much I used. Next time I try this I'll use an extremely strong solution in a one gallon jug. After all it is meant to concentrates.

Thats pretty slick...I have one of those...Great idea.. I will have to get another one as I have run fertilizer through mine.. Could you run a concentration of k-meta from a 1 gallon jug through it, then check the level of sulfite in the water coming out to see if it is stromg enough to sanitize? The wheels are turning.....

I just immerse into water, brush and rinse. But it has possibilities! Great!
