Both those stories are terrible. I hope the people in both of those stories get what they have coming. How could you knowingly serve someone liquid nitrogen????? WTF is right!
 
Well, the Mexican story doesn't surprise me at all. We have been vacationing there for quite a few years and the way things are done down there are crazy and completely different from what is allowed/acceptable up here.
