Why do wine coolers have glass doors if wine is to be stored in a cool dark place? Im trying to find somewhere cool to age after bottling that I can use in lieu of a cellar.

use an old refrigerator with an added temp control unit.

Ive got an old refrigerator in the garage unused but just wouldnt know how to replace the temperature control unit.

All you have to do is hook it to an Inkbird type controller, it'll turn the power to the fridge on and off as it needs to cool to your set temps.

I just looked at the inkbird....i like. Now does anyone ha e the plans drawn out to add a whine rack to an 18cu frigidaire
