Wine Exchange

I would be remiss if I didn't include exchanged wine with Bert and Polish Wine Princess! We have exchanged wine on a couple of occasions so some of them have evaporated. This is what is left!!

Left to right: Riesling, Piersporter, Gewurtztraminer, Light Chokecherry, Chokecherry Mead and Plum Mead.

Wonder how I would make out if I drove up there and pitched a tent in there front yard with a sign that read "will leave for wine!"

Tried the Plum Mead tonight. I'm not usually a fan of mead but this was delicious! Betty even asked for a little more! Good work Bert!!

Ahh that PWP is ok I guess...I'll never forget though when we was at Winestock, in 2007 I think it was, me an ole Peter Z was outside the convention cener and was trying to figure out how tall the flagpole was when PWP came up, asked us what we was looking at. Peter told her what we was a doing and she just kinda snorted, reached in her purse, took a little 6" crescent wrench, walked over and took the boly out of the base of the pole, laid it on the ground then reached back in her purse, took out a tape measure and measured the pole. She just turned to us with a wry little grin and said, It is 12'6" long..I kept my mouth shut but as soon as she walked away I told ole peter Z, Now aint that just like a woman, Hell, we was wanting to know how tall it was,not how long it was !!!!
