I have recently bought a second hand 19lt. corny keg for my beer brewing. It was used by a local wine maker who died about 2 years ago. His wife told me it was full of a red wine kit he was brewing when he died. I don’t know what stage it was as. I don’t know if he was conditioning in keg or planned to dispense from it. I paid a reasonable price for the keg and told the seller I would give her a few bottles if anything drinkable comes from the wine. Any suggestions gratefully accepted. How to progress?
