One of the best purchases I made when it comes to wine making. Best method for controlling air, fill speed when bottling solo. Also, my back muscles thank you as I no longer need to lift carboys, demijons in place to enact gravity. This with a cheap Harbor Freight vac pump are worth their weights in gold!

Finally had a 2nd 3 gallon carboy empty so I hooked up my new pump for practice with water. Super easy to set up and it works great! I will be bottling my first DB soon so I will get to use the bottler attachment. I think my hubby is even more excited since he won't have to help as much with the bottling.
