I just finished a white wine kit, and it is not clearing.
Any suggestions?
Is it feasible to do the clarifiers again? If so, do i stir the bottom settlings back up?

1. This post should be in the wine kit section, not the "Forum Comments" section.
2. To answer this q, some additional info is required. What kit? What temp? Did you degas fully? What temp? SG readings. Everything.

Otherwise you're asking..."my car won't start, what do I do?" :i And "call a taxi", isn't really one of the options here.

Good comments by Steve. Also, what do you mean that you just finished and it's not clearing? Don't expect clearing to occur quickly. How long have you given it so far?

Im willing to bet this is a Winexpert kit! You canb call them and they will tell you and also usually supply you with another additive to use like I have and it works sometimes or you can just bite the bullet and get SuperKleer KC or Sparkaloid and it will clear it fast and be done with it. If it is just taking a little longer as of now give it more time and make sure you degassed it really good as trapped C02 in the wine will prevent it from clearing. If this is a Winexpert kit like I suspect I dont even use the fining agents they supply anymore as Ive had this exact problem many times with these and find it clears better on its own or by using the other 2 I mentioned above if you want to speed things up.
