Hi, This is my first post and first year making wine off our vines what have been in ground for 18months. I have some nice fruit growing (We’re in Victoria, Australia) and keen to get some experienced thoughts on yeast for Grenache (for beginners), I don’t expect a lot of temp variation, but am not in a temp control room for production and I’d like to stay true to the fruits natural flavours. All thoughts & comments greatly appreciated. James
