    Cellar Craft A Little Worried

Okay, I was able to check tonight and realized that I apparently can't read my own hand writing. The actual starting SG was 1.170 which I still think is a tad high but...SD is now at 1.150 and it's bubbling away quite nicely. Cellar Craft A Little Worried

Sorry for the delay in replying. Was a really bad day at work today. I did see some bubbling this morning when I checked the airlock. Will check the SG tomorrow when I'm not so dead tired. Thanks to all of you for your feedback.

Thank you all so much for the kind words and suggestions. I'm spending some time looking over all the kits so I can decide. Will also pay a visit to the store so I can discuss with George in person.

    Greetings from Dallas

Thank you all for the kind messages! Wade, the second time around I was really only making fruit wines. The last kits I made were WineArt ones and as I understand it they aren't around any longer.

LOL! Ttortorice that's too funny! I love reds and whites both, but in particular shiraz and especially carmenere. Especially carmenere. Big, bold reds.

As I mentioned in my intro post, I have limited space at the moment. I'm planning on doing one dessert wine kit and one "regular" one. Any suggestions? Favorites?

    Greetings from Dallas

Hi all. Michelle from Dallas here. I'm jumping back into the beer/wine making hobby and thought I'd check in here to see what has changed since the last time I did this. A little background...I had my first go at making wine about 15 years ago or so. Had a good run and can't for the life of me...
