    What R you doing today?

    I finished bottling the 2013 Chilean Carmenere today. Fortunately there was 3/4 of a bottle left over so I stuck a vaccu-vin stopper in it and set it aside for this evening. Wow, it is fantastic! Absolutely the best I've ever made! Now hopefully I can leave the 250 bottles alone for another year.

    Grapeman, some of the wines are over two years old. I never bottle a red the first year. what I will be bottling today is 2013 Chilean now one year old. I don't count 1 gallon jugs as carboys

    WANTED: Buon Vino Mini Jet

    You might want to reconsider the mini-jet, I gave mine away after 2-3 uses. there are much better solutions out there. take a look at the all in one pump and filter system or look at the Enolmatic. the All in one is about the same cost as the mini jet and is by far a better system.
