I just double checked and that's "NOT" the instructions that were included with either of my kits. The instructions I received appear to be the standard instructions for all Eclipse kits with skins.

Wow! I been sampling a lot of commercial Bourbon Barrel Zins lately and have really taken a liken to them. I think this just made my list of must makes.

I made this many times with fruit with great success and my thoughts are this would work. Thoughts?

Has anyone used this recipe and made hard lemonade with it? I'm thinking about using the basic recipe and substituting 96 ounces of lemon juice for the fruit and making it into hard lemonade. Is there any reason this wouldn't work?

I boosted my SG by adding corn sugar and white grape juice concentrate. Both can be purchased from Label Peelers along with the kit.

+1 for adding the full F-pack at the end. I also bumped my starting SG up to about 1.085.

Winexpert discounted their Petit Verdot kit last year. Bummer! That's been in my yearly rotation for years.

Does anyone close to Nothern Delaware need used wine bottles? I have a good source for bottles and I'm getting way more then I can use.

What part of Delaware? Northern Delaware here.

Buy a cheap aquarium heater and use that. That's what I use in all of my fermentation's.
