Hello folks about 2 weeks ago I started 2 kits a OB straberry and a WE melbec I checked today both are at sg.1.050. directions say when sg .998 to rack. why is it taking so long seems to be stuck at 1.050

insure ambient temp is about 70degF add yeast nutrient and stir every day.

the temp on the strawberry is about 53 the malbec is 64. brew belt not working on starberry cannot get another till thursday

Buy a cheap aquarium heater and use that. That's what I use in all of my fermentation's.
