    Are thesw frozen? Thaw in 2 straining bags (split everythinhg in 1/2 like making 2 batches) add 2 1/2 gal of water to ea add 3 tsp pectic enzyme to ea. let it sit 24 hrs. Ck gravity. take 1/2 gal out heat and sugar sy you get 1.085 (use WineCakc 420.) Ck TA Add Cote desblanc yeast

    yea all hydrostatic water m the floor. Blew up alot of floor. water was wall to wall entire basement (200y/o home). Never had a drop before this. I was able to control water so only the bottom of some box's got wet but need whole floor replaced. If you saw what I have down there U would...

    FYI If this is for 1 gallon 3# is not enough I suggest 7-8# per gal. Like above add to a straining bag and dont forget Pectic Enzyme.

    Ditto. I use the bottlr 4oz. I add this early before bottling. I di this when degassing last time. Remember, Taste, Taste, Taste BEFORE bottling. I have used it when I bottle BUT, make sure you use the degassing tool on slow to make sure its mixed. TASTE again before bottling.
