The one thing I have seen with the double corker, which I have been using, is you have to
make sure the cork is centered in the receiver of the corker.

As bottles here have a deposit on them, I can get them from recycle center for 15 cents each, then have
to clean real good and scrape the labels off.

How much space are you allowing between cork and wine in the bottle? If not enough space you are compressing
the air and cork won't go in all the way.

3A: wait 24 hours before adding yeast.
6A: transfer when s.g. reaches 1.000 - 1.010
7A: wait till s.g. reaches .0995 or there abouts
