    I need wine bottles!

    Ah,but all the wine bottles in Maine have a 15 cent deposit on them. If you buy from recyclers , I have spent 21 cents each there. Still not bad per case. Bill

    A mead, first time having some. Made from clover honey (Great Value }. I know it's cheap stuff ,but first time!! Hope to get some local this fall from local beekeepers, 7 dollars a lbs.?? Bill

    I bought a 2 gal. fermenter at my local supply store a few years ago.. I have read some vintners using icecream and frosting buckets. Bill

    I make what ever strikes my fancy. Mostly fruit wines and a occasional kit. Also have done one juice bucket ( A pino grigio ) this fall. Bill

    Back sweetening an Apple wine using frozen concentrate. Hope to get it to 1.005 - 1.010 s.g. A nice semi sweet wine. Bill
