    November 2014 Wine of the Month Club

    Made a cranberry last year. Drinking it now. Taste just like popping a cranberry in your mouth and all. Very tart but I like it. My turned out a little thin but still delicious. Fun watching people drink it for first time and seeing them pucker.

    I have a pineapple wine I added reduless to. I added it about 3 or more months ago. I still have a slight rotten egg odor. Can I add a second dose? Any other suggestions appreciated.

    Have used canned pumpkin and planning to bottle in about a month. Have tasted and seems a little watery. Added tannins to give a different mouth feel.

    Dragon blood rocks! First batch OK. Second batch was blackberry and Damn it rocks! Just make sure you take everyone's on this forum. Best one I have found to date.

    I don't have a press to get juice from the apples. What would the best method to get the crispness of apples? Should juice apples and add the juice or should I cut apples and throw them in the wine?
