Fresh fruit is gone in my area what would be a good wine to make now?
Just started wine making and loving it.

You should have time to get a fresh juice bucket or two. Check with some of the winemaking sites on here. You can buy kits from the winemaking stores also. Fresh apple juice is available this time of year. Around here the pears are still hanging on the trees. Crabapples are about ready to be picked. You can always do a skeeter pee or dragons blood. Some of them do, Bub. Check with your local ones, if not there are some online that will sellthem to you. I have never made one, but somebody should jump on here that knows about them. Arne.

Have you tried rum wine? It is cheap easy and good and always in season.
