    Reduless

    I need to add Reduless to my wine. How much do you add? The directions talk about grams and i cannot convert that. The directions say .4 - .6 g per gallon. I have 2 different wines to add this too. One gallon and a six gallon batch. Any help is appreciated.

    So far this year I have bottled, 22 gallons w 24 gallons in the wings. All for consumption. Started doing this about 2 yrs ago and went hard out of the gate.

    Be patient with orange chocolate. I did some Joes ancient orange mead and it is definitely improving with age. Did It 1 yr ago may and it definitely is improving.

    I thought potassium sorbate prevented re--fermentation. The camp den tablets kills bacteria and preserves the wine.

    My first batch of dragon blood. Light in body and taste. Hope it will Improve with a little bit of age. Made it for my wife so it is sweeter than I like. Started this late feb. I even did a fpac. Gonna try a straight blackberry and make it dry next batch. Start that this weekend at the latest.

    Is my wine bad?

    I have had this issue before. The recommendations from this forum was to splash rack or buy a Copper pipe, sterilize it and then stir the wine for about 10 or 15 mins with the pipe. Let sit overnight and see if the smell is there next day. Sent from my SPH-L720 using Wine Making mobile app
