    Thanks for the good wishes. Had a benign tumor in my inner ear which involved manipulation of the brain, hearing, balance and facial nerves in order to remove it. My perception of this going in was much different than the reality but I'm on the mend and lining up my helpers for the Chilean juice...

    Have you tried tightening the hoops? Might have to tap them down to snug up the staves. Worth a shot while your waiting for your wax to arrive. ;)

    I feel your pain. I recently had a sonogram that showed another stone. i tried the lemon juice in water trick alternating with apple cider vinger in water and the pain/stone disapeared. :h

    Cellar Craft CC Showcase Amarone - my first big kit

    +1 To what Krafty said. I just had a similiar experience with a WE Amarone kit that had an off oder so I hit it with some nutrient and enegizer and a good stir and a day or two later it was back on track. Great aroma I could of drank it out of the fermenter. Of course YMMV. :p

    Joe do have a good recipe for Sangria. Everyone raves about my wines except my wife she likes Costco Sangria go figure. :slp
