    The first time I saw that I was really interested. I plan on making some cyser and think individual bottles would be fun. Plus cider and rootbeer. I haven't heard much about that particular one while browsing here but you may have swayed me. Thanks for the tip!

    Foam should be a good indication of fermenting. By tomorrow you should hear fizzing noises as the co2 escapes. I'm sure youll get an eye full here for using bread yeast. But for a first time I dont think its that big of a deal. Read some of the threads here and you'll be buying the good stuff...

    I kept it and let it go over this weekend under airlock (went camping and couldn't be tempted to mess with it). SG was at 0.998 so I racked to a clean carboy and degassed and stabilized. The smell is definitely reduced and now smells mostly of lemon and alcohol. Going to let it clear this week...
