WineXpert Problem Clearing
Hi all, I'm making a Wine Expert Selection Amarone kit. All was going beautifully until clearing....the wine did not clear properly and quickly fouled my filter pads when I tried to filter it. I have now racked the wine off of the sediment but it is still not clear. I have more...- bobleiker
